Free for you. Each defect can open a short form matched to a trade, such as a roofer, damp specialist, structural engineer, electrician, drainage contractor, or timber specialist.
The consent box starts unticked. We pass your name and that note only if you tick it. We do not attach the survey file, and we do not sell a general list. A firm may pay us a referral fee if you go on to use them.
Optional, not charged yet
A surveyor follow-up call and a Home Health Passport subscription are not on sale. We will show a price only when it is a real one.
Conveyancer, mortgage and insurance introductions are switched off. Mortgage and insurance would only ever be via an FCA-authorised firm.
